**Donations of less than $50 are accepted and appreciated, and will be acknowledged with a thank you letter from the chapter. **

 

Bronze……………………………$50.00

All Bronze level donators will be acknowledged in our program and on our chapter website.

 

Silver……………………………..$75.00

All Silver level donators will receive a framed certificate acknowledging their donation.

They will also be acknowledged in our program and on our chapter website.

 

Gold……………………………...$100.00

All Gold level donators will have their name displayed in the form of a “Special Thanks” note card on one table at the banquet.

They will also receive a framed certificate acknowledging their donation.

Additionally, they will be acknowledged in our program and on our chapter website.

 

Platinum…………………………. $200.00 or more

All Platinum level donators will receive a free full-page advertisement in the banquet program

They will have their name displayed on one table at the banquet in the form of a “Special Thanks” note card.

They will also receive a framed certificate acknowledging their donation.

All advertising purchases or donations must be received by November 15, 2008 at 5 pm.  Please send all advertising in JPEG format to SIA_ZetaChapter@yahoo.com.  Payments will be accepted via Paypal or via Check.  

 

Once your payment is received, you will be sent a thank you letter via email acknowledging/confirming your participation.
